Each piece is made to order with care, and often personalized — which means I’m unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure all details (names, dates, addresses, etc.) are correct before placing your order.

If you notice an issue with your order or have any concerns, please do get in touch within 7 days of delivery. I’ll always do my best to help where I can.
