I lovingly create each custom piece to order, so please allow a little time for your artwork to be completed and shipped.

Processing Times

• Personalised artwork: Usually dispatched within 5–7 working days

• Ready-to-ship prints: Dispatched within 1-2 working days.

    If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to get in touch before ordering — I’ll always do my best to help.

 

Shipping Locations & Costs

• UK delivery is available via Royal Mail tracked, 1st and 2nd class.

• Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

• At this time, I am only shipping within the UK. (If you’re outside the UK and interested in ordering, please contact me first.

• Delivery Time Estimates (UK)

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch

• Tracked Delivery (if selected): 1–3 working days from dispatch

    Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email — and tracking details.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely — flat-packed in hard backed envelopes.

Delays & Issues

Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occasionally happen, especially during busy periods. Once your order has been dispatched, I cannot take responsibility for postal delays — but I’ll always help where I can.
