Most items in my shop are made to order, often personalised — this means:

Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of your order.
Once work has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed, so please check all details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, addresses, and other personalised details before completing your order. I cannot be held responsible for errors submitted during checkout.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
I currently accept secure payments through trusted providers (such as Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.)

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personalised and custom artwork, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This includes commissioned artwork — which may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without prior written permission.

If you’d love to share your artwork online, you’re more than welcome to — just please credit or tag me where possible!

Your personal information is kept safe and is only used to process your order or contact you about it.
